Operational Excellence Specialist Role

This position plays a crucial part in the Customer Success department's Delivery Operations, focusing on tools, processes, reporting, and audits to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational tools, processes, and reports for consistent and scalable delivery operations.
  • Bottleneck Identification: Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the Delivery team and develop standardized solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Automation Management: Maintain and improve automations, trackers, and templates that act as control points for core processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders across Delivery, Customer Support, Business Development, Product, and Finance to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure process alignment and data integrity.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis and contribute to reporting and insights that support operational decision-making and performance visibility.
  • Change Management and Documentation: Support change management, documentation, and administrative activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, workflows, and process standards across the Customer Success department.
  • Audit Planning and Execution: Contribute to the planning and execution of audits and internal reviews, ensuring adherence to processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
