Job Title

A seasoned IT professional with expertise in project management is sought to lead large-scale initiatives from planning to execution. This role demands a certified professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies and strong program and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring business objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication across cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Apply Agile project management principles to deliver iterative value and maintain continuous delivery momentum.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution.
  • Oversee automation initiatives and application development projects from concept through deployment.
  • Monitor and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and governance documentation.
  • Ensure project compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and information security policies.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement of project practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years managing large-scale and multi-stakeholder technology projects.
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Strong background in managing Automation and Application Development projects.
  • Experience working with technical teams and managing software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
