Job Overview

About Your New Role
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing customers.
  • Implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and secure additional business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the proprietary CommandLink software tools, including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards.
  • Contribute to a positive company culture, essential for rapid growth into a U.S. leader for enterprise network, communications, and software solutions.
What You'll Need For Success
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • A quantifiable track record of success in enterprise customer account management over the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong Excel, MS Office, and general computer software skills.
  • A positive, likeable, calm, and persuasive personality with negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated drive with zero outgoing call reluctance.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
  • A charismatic personality that can quickly gain trust of customers and partners.
