Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and executing complex data manipulation tasks to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Providing expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conducting thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A professional background in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
