Remote Contingent Contact Center Representative

We are seeking individuals to work remotely as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries and improving their experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and improve their experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests.
- Leverage common requests and solutions, utilizing our service techniques and systems to escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
