Customer Service Representative Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, continually striving for excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

This job operates in a professional office environment, with minimal physical demands. While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
