Sales Pipeline Manager

About this Opportunity:
The Sales Pipeline Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth at Glacier Integrated Logistics Inc., providing sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, targets, and company objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers, preparing weekly updates on pipelines and target achievement.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads, making outgoing calls to develop new business.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads, direct email marketing to key clients and prospects, and conduct customer research.
- Develop and aggressively win new customer opportunities, overseeing the maintenance and reliability of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, and able to perform despite tight schedules.
- Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications, knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Industry is an advantage.
- With at least a 4-year College Course Diploma and 1-2 years working sales experience.
