Civil Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Civil 3D specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering and land development department, you will be responsible for technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute grading, alignments, pipe networks, and other complex technical designs in Civil 3D.
  • Provide backend support for residential development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage and organize CAD files and project documents efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Track deadlines, communicate proactively, and maintain high-quality work standards consistently.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D (essential).
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects.
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willingness to learn and adapt).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established CAD standards.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
