Job Role:

Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to oversee the ad creative production pipeline, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional to track production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams, conduct quality control on all creative assets, and maintain organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, as well as basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.

Responsibilities include managing creator relationships, including onboarding and campaign management, and delivering weekly reports highlighting winning and losing creators, concepts, and hooks.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination/project management at a CPG or wellness brand.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop.
  • Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and experience with project management tools.
