This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, educating patients about their healthcare benefits, and enrolling them in disease management programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient experience, meeting call quotas and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Calls:
  • Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform them about disease management program requirements.
  • Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.
Inbound Calls:
  • Address patient inquiries via call, SMS, and email.
  • Work with different teams to follow through on patient requests.
  • Update patient records accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Able to work onsite in Makati.
  2. Preferably with experience in customer service or call centers.
  3. Detail-oriented and has experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  4. Communicates clearly in English or Tagalog.
