This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, educating patients about their healthcare benefits, and enrolling them in disease management programs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient experience, meeting call quotas and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calls:
- Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform them about disease management program requirements.
- Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Address patient inquiries via call, SMS, and email.
- Work with different teams to follow through on patient requests.
- Update patient records accurately.
- Able to work onsite in Makati.
- Preferably with experience in customer service or call centers.
- Detail-oriented and has experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communicates clearly in English or Tagalog.
