We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our company's growth and diversification strategies. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive business planning, process optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with the CEO to define strategic plans for expansion and service enhancement.
  • Develop business roadmaps, quarterly goals, and operational scorecards.
  • Design and implement company-wide systems, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Optimize internal processes for efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage compliance, risk, and operational alignment across departments.

People & Performance Management:

  • You will lead and inspire cross-functional teams with clear targets and regular feedback.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools, KPIs, and metrics to measure individual and departmental success.
  • Champion a culture of development, learning, and internal promotion.

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • You will conduct ongoing analysis of business performance, client satisfaction, and operational costs.
  • Lead initiatives to implement automation, cost-saving solutions, and improved service workflows.
  • Act as a troubleshooter to resolve roadblocks in real-time.

Company Support & Cross-Functional Involvement:

  • You will support all departments and offer leadership guidance when challenges arise.
  • Take part in major operations decisions, systems transitions, or operational changes.
  • Serve as a right-hand to the CEO or support with strategic decision-making, client escalations, and external communications.

Qualifications:

  • You should have more than 5 years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or similar senior roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a practical approach to implementation is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process design, SOP development, and performance improvement is required.
  • Exceptional team leadership and people management skills are necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • A high level of accountability, integrity, and problem-solving ability is required.
  • Experience in scaling operations or managing business growth is an advantage.
