Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement to ensure optimal campaign delivery.
  • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Develop and refine email templates and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Run A/B testing across content and design elements to inform future campaign optimizations.
  • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns to reach diverse target groups effectively.
  • Track key performance indicators such as click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls to measure campaign success.
  • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in email marketing/deliverability/campaign strategy, strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management, and proficiency with ESPs like MailWiz or SendGrid.
