Are you a strategic and analytical professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We're seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to drive and expand our affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue.

About the Role

This position involves identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value affiliate partners to drive consistent revenue growth. You will take ownership of the affiliate program's growth, ensuring strong collaborations, profitable agreements, and high-performing campaigns that contribute to the company's expansion.

The successful candidate will have a passion for affiliate marketing, data-driven decision-making, and relationship management. They will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to improve performance and conversions.

We are looking for someone with exceptional negotiation skills, able to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders. A proven track record in affiliate marketing, ideally within eCommerce, is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Negotiate profitable affiliate contracts and commission structures to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and engagement.
  • Create and execute affiliate promotions, incentives, and marketing materials to enhance program success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive affiliate program.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to track, optimize, and improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in affiliate marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
