We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver prompt, high-quality responses to customer inquiries. As a trusted advisor, you will provide clear and helpful guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound support-related inquiries in real time.
- Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed.
- Understand customer context to offer relevant and strategic support.
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech).
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses.
