Your Role as Technical Support Specialist

You will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services. You will collaborate with various teams to handle customer needs, providing prompt and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compose thoughtful responses to customer requests, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues, streamlining support processes.
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Solve problems, answer product-related questions, and troubleshoot issues, utilizing your technical expertise.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when requested, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proactively monitor customer dashboards and platforms, reaching out to those who need extra support.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to meet internal and external expectations, upholding quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving continuous enhancement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize satisfaction, exceeding expectations.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge, maintaining a high level of proficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, demonstrating academic achievement.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, showcasing expertise and commitment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Willingness to learn about networks and IT technology, embracing ongoing development.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications, highlighting versatility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear expression.
  • Able to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications, demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Ability to accept feedback and adapt/respond to different types of characters, showcasing emotional intelligence.
