- Following up on outstanding insurance claims, documenting all communications and updates.
- Processing claims, addressing denials, and communicating effectively with the team.
- Generating reports, resubmitting claims, and responding to grievances and appeals.
- Clearing rejected claims, updating records, and completing assigned follow-ups.
- Posting insurance payments, applying adjustments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Identifying process updates or issues and sharing findings with the team.
- Strong English communication skills, minimal accent when speaking.
- Background in dental insurance or collections industries, 3+ years of experience.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently as a remote position.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Eligible for HMO plan with one dependent, including dental coverage.
