About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our progressive dental practice, YSA Dermatology - Dentistry, located in the vibrant city of Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced dentists and providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare team in the dental industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by handing them instruments, mixing materials, and performing other chairside duties
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organised dental operatory
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
• Greeting patients, managing patient records, and scheduling appointments
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience
• Staying up-to-date with dental technologies, materials, and best practices

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within the dental healthcare industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and the dental team
• Proficiency in managing dental records and scheduling appointments
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised, and sterile work environment
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
