The Contract Payroll Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the temp contractor payroll team across Asia. This will include sending timesheet reminders to temp contractors, following up on outstanding timesheets, and saving timesheets from outlook and client's portal.
You will also verify expenses with receipts, download invoices from client's portal, and record leaves in system. In addition, you will export billing consolidation reports from system, generate and save invoices from system, combine timesheets/expenses to relevant invoice, and email standard invoices to clients.
You will also save standard report from system and assist with audits by providing sample records and necessary documents. You will work closely with the temp payroll team to provide support with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll/admin/HR/Finance functions, a Bachelor's degree and good mathematics skills, and experience with HR/payroll software (e.g., Ramco) is preferable.
You will be highly responsive, able to quickly absorb and process information, and have excellent time management and prioritization skills. You will also be organised and methodical, with a keen attention to detail, and have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
