Job Title: Digital Information Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our global team as a Digital Information Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer-facing matters and addressing all privacy aspects directly related to our business.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, conduct research, and analysis to provide accurate and timely responses to customer privacy questionnaires. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of all data subject requests, questionnaire responses, and vendor assessments.


To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other global privacy laws, and emerging legislation. Industry-standard certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CHPS, CIPM, CIPP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISSMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMI are a plus.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in a global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related fields; Privacy experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, other global privacy laws, and emerging legislation
  • Industry-standard certifications (CIPM, CIPP/E, CHPS, CIPM, CIPP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISSMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMI) a plus
