Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining the company's books of accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the financial accounting system, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly and correctly.
  • Financial Close Process: Ensure the monthly and annual financial close process is completed on time and accurately.
  • Financial Reporting: Responsible for all financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance.
  • Accounting and Treasury: Maintain the company's books of accounts, consolidated and individual, using the accounting system prescribed by management.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure the Group reporting adheres to policies and procedures, and internal controls are in place.
  • Auditor Coordination: Coordinate with the external auditor to ensure a clean audited financial statement opinion.
  • Statutory Reporting: Work with the Legal Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with all statutory reports for government agencies.
  • Tax Reporting: Responsible for the tax reporting of the Group.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support the CFO in all other ad-hoc reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  • Experience: 15+ years in accounting, 5+ years in managerial capacity.
  • CPA: Certified Public Accountant.
  • Global Financial Reporting: Experience with global financial reporting across multiple countries.
  • Systems Experience: Experience with accounting platforms.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Systems Proficiency: High systems proficiency, including robust Excel skills.
