Job Overview

SC Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Workday Operations Specialist to join our HR Delivery Center team. This role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering training and documentation to HR and other end users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data support and maintenance on audit, business process realignment, data corrections/rescinds, organization structures.
  • Offer technical and functional support for end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Delve into the evaluation, recommendation, and configuration of HR Business Processes and Workday Set-up on different modules.
  • Own and support special projects including regular Workday Releases, Business Process changes or enhancements, Regression and User Acceptance Testing, Seasonal Processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related discipline required.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management, Application Management Services (AMS) in captive shared service organizations/outsourcing/global business service.
  • Knowledge and Experience in at least 2 of the following Workday modules, processes, and operations: HCM, absence/time off, recruiting, talent acquisition, or compensation, system administrator.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Workday, we encourage you to apply.
