Highly Skilled Accounting Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting across a diverse investment portfolio.
About the Role- Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios and oversee all related accounting entries.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the organization and related entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
- Process and monitor payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts and investment accounts.
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Bankers and System Administrators to resolve discrepancies.
- Track and record investment activities, including equities, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets.
- Maintain accurate records of asset valuations, income, and distributions.
- Assist with due diligence and documentation for new investments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a family office, private wealth, or investment environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
