Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service operations of our dealership, ensuring that all aspects of the service process are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare various reports on dealership performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
  • Maintaining a centralized file of operational activities, ensuring that all necessary documents and records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensuring the availability of standard service uniforms and logistical requirements for workshop operations.
  • Performing duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any Business Course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products and components.
  • Familiarity with decision-making skills, attention to detail, creativity, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.
