Overview

Are you passionate about helping organizations streamline their time and absence management? We're seeking a highly skilled Time and Absence Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Workday solutions for our clients.

As a seasoned expert in Workday Time Tracking, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing Workday solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Your expertise will enable our clients to efficiently manage their workforce and optimize their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on Workday Time Tracking configurations.
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to gather and document client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Collaborate with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and colleagues.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
