Job Title

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our Overhead COE, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with data, developing insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic planning and performance analysis. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate financial models and forecasts
  • Providing regular financial reports and analysis to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with budget holders and functions to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks and opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or accounting, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar field
  • Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools and software
