About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. This role requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can manage multiple product workstreams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Sprint & Workflow Management: Develop and implement agile sprint planning processes to ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
  • Quality Control: Partner with leadership to establish quality standards across product releases and lead testing cycles and QA processes.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and capacity.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Oversee and support a remote team, tracking workflows, resourcing, and output to drive accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to inform planning and prioritization decisions.

  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Product & Workflow Management: Proven ability to manage agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, and QA workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in coordinating across engineering, design, and leadership to align business needs with technical requirements.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experienced in managing remote teams, prioritizing tasks, and driving accountability without micromanagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to collaborate with leadership to set realistic delivery expectations.
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable working in a remote-first environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams, with experience collaborating with global teams valued.
