We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in product and packaging development processes, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and packaging meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead product and packaging development from concept through execution.
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting research to clarify product specifications.
  • Serve as an expert for product and packaging review, ensuring samples meet standards.
  • Manage development budgets by negotiating costs with suppliers.
  • Ensure all packaging meets brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management and Collaboration:
    • Manage multiple development timelines to ensure completion on schedule.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
    • Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
  • Experience in textile or accessories product development is a plus.
