We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in creating engaging and safe toys for kids' meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative, age-appropriate toy concepts that align with current themes and trends.
  • Create detailed designs, prototypes, and models using design software (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights from children or parent focus groups.
  • Evaluate designs against local and international toy safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
  • Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, and quality.
  • Integrate toy designs with promotional campaigns through marketing and branding efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design, especially for children.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Fusion 360).
  • Understanding of child psychology, play behavior, and developmental appropriateness.
  • Familiarity with toy materials, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of toy safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
