Enterprise Architecture Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead our organization's architecture team in defining and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement by leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of architectural decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's technology landscape and make informed recommendations for investment and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of architectural processes and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mastery of architecture frameworks, methods, and tools, with a strong emphasis on TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF Certified or Enterprise Architect Professional (EAP) are highly desirable.
