Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding, assisting with administration of core tech systems, and advising on technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with administration of core tech systems
  • Advise on technology
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to support both onsite and remote users
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration)
  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is a plus

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent time management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully administering Google Workspace environments, with experience in managing user onboarding and offboarding processes. They will also possess hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations and be familiar with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo.
