Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Digital Performance Team. This role involves building, updating, and maintaining high-performance websites to ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end development and website optimization, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

Responsibilities may include implementing custom web designs, developing websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor), improving site speed, reducing technical debt, and enhancing overall user experience.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets, provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs, implement and test analytics, set up notification systems, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development, and communications
  • Passion and experience in web development (Shopify & Wordpress/Elementor) and digital marketing
  • Sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to learn and be challenged
