Job Description:

As a Revenue Operations Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving billing discrepancies, communicating with internal stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve billing inquiries and disputes
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Billing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of reconciliation and review of invoices being disputed
  • Ability to calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer
