We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Technician.

Overview: This position involves providing technical support for AppSheet applications, including troubleshooting and debugging. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AppSheet and Google Sheets, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing applications to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for AppSheet applications, including troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Assist clients in designing, developing, and optimizing low-code solutions using AppSheet.
  • Ensure proper integration of Google Sheets and other data sources with AppSheet.
  • Identify and resolve formula errors, automation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Guide users on best practices for structuring data and building scalable applications.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and AppSheet best practices.
  • Stay updated on AppSheet and Google Workspace enhancements to improve development processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in AppSheet development or technical support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in AppSheet and Google Sheets.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with data structures, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills for client support.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Apps Script or other automation tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
