Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
