Project Accountant Job Description">

The role of the Project Accountant involves managing and executing tasks related to financial accounting, reporting, and monitoring. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage project ledgers and databases in D365 to support global operations.
  • Create project numbers for successful bids and ensure fee allocation aligns with project stages.
  • Input relevant project information accurately and maintain data accuracy for forecasts, fees, client billings, control changes, and subconsultant fees.
  • Support debt collection processes and review timesheets weekly in D365.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in accounting and finance, including project accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably D365.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as liaise effectively with stakeholders and authorities.
