Job Description:

Senior Product Marketing Manager drives growth and customer adoption for our IT solutions by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts. This role involves conducting in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  • Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
