Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design visually compelling graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

The Marketing Design Specialist will be responsible for growing and engaging our social media channels organically by producing high-quality, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.

This is a remote position requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a solid understanding of social media analytics and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities
  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels, Stories, and other short-form content).
  • Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling, type-driven designs.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative, fashion-relevant design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
