Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Content Specialist to drive business development and coordinate proposals. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to create compelling brand-aligned communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, and digital assets.
  • Develop narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations.
  • Support business development by tracking leads, managing CRM data, and generating insights via platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely submission of high-quality content.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools for content creation and data analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to collaborate across time zones.
