Job Overview
  • Support promotional efforts for events such as building hype and selling tickets to captivate audiences worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media, and campaign tracking systems.
  • Provide global marketing support for workshops and app launches targeting the USA and Europe, ensuring timely execution and exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation strategies to drive conversions and growth.
  • Manage bulk email communications for diverse audiences, crafting compelling content that resonates with each demographic.
  • Compose and schedule email campaigns to maintain engagement, foster relationships, and drive conversions.
  • Contribute to pre-launch strategies, including lead capture and audience nurturing initiatives to ensure a successful product launch.
  • Drive sign-ups and trials post-launch, leveraging data insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-platform marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, maximizing brand visibility and reach.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to streamline workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient task management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance is essential, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools, with the ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting, with a keen eye for detail and analysis.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proactive mindset with initiative-taking abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Independence with minimal supervision required, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work during Brisbane, Australia hours, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and deadlines.
