Plumbing and Sprinkler Take-off Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Sprinkler Take-off Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication to ensure precise calculations and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided templates.
  • Evaluate and analyze complex data to identify patterns and trends.
Requirements:
  • Experience in plumbing & sprinkler takeoffs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to interpret technical documents and blueprints with accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
