Senior Recruitment Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our workforce solutions team. As a member of our community, you will be part of an environment that invests in your development and empowers you to excel.

The ideal candidate will facilitate and manage various processes within the contingent/contract worker lifecycle from onboarding through to off-boarding. This includes providing first-level customer support to clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist hiring leaders, program teams, and supplier partners during all stages of the contingent talent acquisition process.
  • Document client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion.
  • Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
  • Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, and other partners via email and phone/virtual calls.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
  • Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
  • Support the program manager and program team in invoice management.
  • Monitor performance against contract SLAs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, vendor management processes, and/or MSP experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with documentation and follow-up abilities.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proven execution and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong determination to impact performance, with excellent time management; self-motivated and able to persevere in a complex environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with aptitude for administration and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills.
  • Experience with VMS or related systems/tools, or the ability to quickly learn technologies, resources, and processes.
