The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This includes conducting routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment, as well as leadership and management experience. They must also be able to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems
  • Perform repairs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering. You must also have NCII Certificate and at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance. Leadership and management experience is also highly desirable.
