Marketing Strategy Lead

Role Overview

The successful Marketing Strategy Lead will be responsible for driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a supervisory digital marketing specialist with experience in market research, paid media campaigns, and SEO optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and create segments that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze the performance of programmatic advertising and track key performance metrics to inform future strategy.
  • Implement SEO and search optimization strategies to improve organic visibility and drive more qualified leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns and delivering results-driven strategies.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify is required.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
