Job Title: Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive asset value enhancement and operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing asset management support and financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management Support: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, prepare business plans, and monitor portfolio performance.
  • Strategic Vision: Evaluate portfolio composition, identify opportunities for growth, and develop long-term strategic vision for investment vehicles.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support all phases of the assets lifecycle from acquisition through development, leasing, asset management, and disposition.
  • Risk Management: Analyze ongoing portfolio risk and cash flow requirements using Excel and Yardi.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review lease documents and amendments.
  • Team Collaboration: Direct property managers towards optimizing portfolio assets, engage with contractors and vendors during capital project lifecycles.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Substantial background in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Fluent in commercial real estate terminology and structures.
  • Experience reviewing LOIs, drafting leases and amendments, working with brokers, contractors, and property managers.
  • Exceptional underwriting and financial modeling skills (Excel) for analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and underwriting existing portfolio & asset metrics.
  • Understanding of the full real estate capital stack, complex transactions, and varied asset classes with an ability to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Expertise in preparing internal and external presentations, IC memos, and complex waterfall calculations.
