Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify client needs and resource availability, ultimately leading to the formulation of primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Develop branded templates for content and create engaging activities, gamification strategies, story-telling methods, and assessment approaches.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to create e-Learning content that meets the desired standards.
  • Implement gamification and scenario-based learning in materials and ensure peer review and approval.
  • Administer functions of the Training Management System (TMS).
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project, ensuring effective communication at every step.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and track the utilization of materials.
  • Support internal business processes, including innovation, learning, and internal procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is highly desirable.
