Instructional Designer Position

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing instructional content that enhances learner engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Content Development
  • Identify client problems and gather information from various sources.
  • Analyze content and identify primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Create branded templates for content and brainstorm design elements.
E-Learning Content Creation
  • Develop e-Learning content using Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia tools.
  • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials.
  • Peer review and ensure content approval before presenting to clients.
Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and create comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedules.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred.
  • 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar environment.
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, mandatory.
  • Proficiency with various software application programs, including MS Office.
  • Prior customer service or similar experience.
