Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Support Team at Callhounds Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Phone Answering: Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance, answering queries, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, providing detailed and helpful solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively.


Requirements:

  • Education: College Level; additional education is a plus, High School or Senior H.S graduate.
  • Experience: With at least 1 - 2 years of previous Customer Service Experience (Voice), preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with Customer Support Software: Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
