About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Learning and Development professional to join our team at WSP Manila, Inc. As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, developing and implementing learning strategies to achieve business objectives, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.

You will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and abilities, analyzing data and feedback to identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and managing the Learning Management System to track learning programs and provide training metrics.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management, or equivalent course, and minimum 3-5 years' experience in the learning and development roles.

You should have experience working in international and diverse environments, preferably in a technical environment, e.g. engineering, related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development, and Training Delivery, strong presentation and facilitation skills, budget planning and financial management skills and experience, and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

You must also be able to collaborate effectively with others across functions with excellent stakeholder management, evaluate and research training options and alternatives and put forward recommendations, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with Learning Management Systems, proactive, self-starter, and stays flexible for when priorities quickly change.
