Manager, Global Talent Management

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Talent Management Manager supports the design and implementation of talent management programs and processes to create a sustainable organization that develops the next generation of leadership. These include but are not limited to performance management, leadership development, and career management, including competency management and career paths or tracks. The GTM Manager works closely with HR partners to execute ensure the effectiveness of these programs and manages the related HR systems used to administer, manage, track and evaluate the said programs and processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designs and administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including creating and delivering key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources; evaluating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of existing programs and processes. These includes:

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

1. Support the end-to-end administration of the annual performance management system in partnership with key stakeholders in order to drive the timely and effective implementation of each milestone.
2. Participate in the development of tools and processes to enhance implementation and support to business leaders, HR partners, and employees.
3. Safeguard the standards and principles of the Jollibee Group PMS and its related processes, ensuring its consistency and alignment to the policy.
4. Support the management of the database, system, or technology to generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the process.

CAREER MANAGEMENT

Implement career management frameworks and processes that support employee growth and development in alignment with the organization's capability requirements, including:

1. Competency Management
2. Work with HR partners to align competency-based processes with the organization's competency model.
3. Maintain the leadership and technical competency models of the organization for knowledge management and continuous evaluation and improvement.
4. Career Path Development and Management
5. Support the creation of career paths/tracks in partnership with other HR Teams to guide talent in their employee progression and individual development plans.
6. Design and develop tools and materials to facilitate implementation.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Participate in the design and implementation of initiatives that promote and enable the development of leaders that embody the Jollibee Group's Leadership Brand, Inspire Joy, such as:

1. Building awareness and understanding of the Inspire Joy behaviors.
2. Design and development of learning frameworks and experiences that nurture high-potential talent and future leaders in partnership with the Jollibee Group University.

TALENT DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

1. Support the maintenance of the overall Talent Database, e.g., performance data, succession data; maintain database results by setting and enforcing standards and controls.
2. Participate in performing analytics across identified Talent Management areas to provide meaningful insights on our talent strategies and talent decisions.
3. Monitor and evaluate the success of talent management processes and recommend process enhancements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, or business-related courses.

Experience:

1. Experience in the implementation of Talent Management programs and processes particularly in the following areas: Performance Management, Career Management, Competency Management, or Leadership Development.
2. Experience working across multiple client groups and/or geographies.
3. Program management skills and strong orientation towards the employee experience, with an ability to manage simultaneous global projects, initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships.
4. Background in HR business partnering, a plus.
5. Preferably with experience in Talent Data and System Management.
