Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with CINC experience to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for each association, ensuring timely and precise recording of financial transactions.
  • Process homeowner payments received via lockbox, online portal, or manual processing, accurately applying payments against homeowner accounts.
  • Reconcile batch deposits to bank statements and payment reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Invoice Coding and Entry: manage and process invoices accurately, adhering to due dates and association policies.
  • Homeowner Billing: generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, or annual homeowner assessments, maintaining accuracy in billing cycles and homeowner ledger balances.
  • Special Assessments and Miscellaneous Charges: process special assessments and miscellaneous charges efficiently, maintaining transparency and adherence to association policies.
  • Banking and Reconciliation: perform monthly bank reconciliations for operating and reserve accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Accounts Payable Management: process vendor payments according to due dates and association policies, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
